only do this as your FINAL READY TO GO OUTPUT. everything else should be done with non compressed source files in the most original type plausible.
choose h.264 as your codec of choice (overall, it is the best for things like uploading etc)

click the "video output" checkbox if it isnt already and then click "format options" then under bitrate settings, lower them. I find that for youtube, between 2 and 5 (with a preference for 3 or so) works best and anything higher is just not noticeable on youtube. On videos destined for xsplit broadcast, high quality download etc, I usually choose a higher bitrate, between 5 and 15. You can also access this dialogue through Adobe Media Encoder and that is how I choose to do it because I have a variety of source programs that I want encoding and I find the interface has more options and is more intuitive. Plus, that way I dont need to run after effects in addition to trying to encode. My computer can handle it, but that doesn't mean I want it to.

We should definitely not divide the forums up any time soon, at the moment it's completely unnecessary, with only two threads on the board and less then 20 current active posters it would just make the forum look even emptier and make people have to click around to find what little content we currently have here! No chance of anyone sticking around to make the content themselves. Trust me until we've got ourselves a decent sized regular user base 1 main forum is all we need. 

Well that might be alleviated if the link on the main page went to the actual forums
