basic:
eXtv is currently sponsoring (two?) teams but there is no coverage of either on the site, might be a good idea to add a page or something to let people easily see the teams (details, schedules, players, etc) that eXtv is partnering with or sponsoring.

Yes :/ we need to re-do a solid chunk of our website. It's been a busy few last months for myself and webman #1 BumpasaurusX. In the works though.
