eXtelevision is proud to announce that we will be covering the LAN finale of this season’s Invite division. The Team Fortress 2 portion of the event takes place Saturday September 24th and Sunday the 25th at the Sterling Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Matches are scheduled to start at 10AM Central each day, with the action continuing until ~6pm.
The tournament is double elimination, with each match-up being a best of three series. This is the best of the best in North American TF2, going up against each other in a LAN setting. No cheats, no lag, yet inevitably there will still be pauses.

eXtine will be on site, delivering reports from the field via Phone and our YouTube Channel. The cast will be eXecutively produced by TheDuderMan with assistance from King Dashner, Blackstar, shdwpuppet, and many other potential guests.
4-teams have claimed their spot, Area 51 Gaming, Classic Mix-Up, The Experiment, and the team that until a few days ago was known as eMazing Gaming. This is an eXtremely strong field and once the players are on LAN, there is no telling how it will shake down.
While the first hint of drama with eMazing Gaming was a dispute between the organization’s CS team and ESEA, the situation has evolved to the point of eMg dissolving as a sponsor. Thankfully the team will still be making it to LAN due to private financing from King Dashner III. A new team name is to be announced.
With the ongoing ESEA IM/Open playoffs, the PUG.NA draft cup Sept 13+14th, the 2nd edition of Community Vs Pros is on Sept 17th, and the LAN Sept 24th + 25th, there is a huge amount of competitive TF2 coverage on the way for you! There will also be a post-produced episode covering last season’s LAN Grand Final going up within the next weeks as well!
